- Improved Performance reserves the right to delay or cancel classes where rosters fall fewer than 4 players.
- We will make every effort to enroll your player into another class should a class need to be cancelled.
- Since classes that are less than four players will be subject to cancellation, please have a second class time option in mind.
- Clients of classes cancelled by Improved Performance will receive a 100% refund; otherwise we strictly adhere to our No Refund Policy.
- With four players Improved Performance can choose the option of keeping or cancelling the class in order to maintain scheduling for instructors, clients, and program.
- There are no guarantees that classes will be full.
